Return & Exchange Policy

At Vermeil, each creation is handmade with care, intention, and time. Because of the artisanal nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

• Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

• If damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

• Custom-made pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once confirmed.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
